Guys, mistakes happen. People get keen. The route was well advertised and the correct route was scouted as being good before hand. The venue and the fact that it was a bring your own picnic as also well advertised. As a forum we are generally quite relaxed and easy going. Everyone got there eventually and I for one enjoyed myself.

The whole racing off thing was probably not a good idea :fencelook: and it took me a while to realize that there was no-one in front of our little group that took the Rawsonville turn-off.

I think future runs should have a front and a back marker with set regroup points. A pre-run briefing and maybe even a hand-out.

Nice pics!! I can almost hear the V8 in the tunnel pic!!

In my opinion we started too late, waiting for people that did not even turn up and then some of them just left after the tunnel.

Then changing the route, in the past we had a brief before we left the meeting point this did not happen and at the same time the people we waited for just left the 1 stop without saying a thing.

it was a poor organized run I do not know CPT and thought I would just follow, so in my mind very poor.

I love to drive fast and get pulled into the fun but we had family with and I think if we want a "fast run" we need to do it early and let the guys know beforehand.

That said it will most likely be my last BMW run aswell as I have decided to sell my 135I and move on.
