Boot spoiler

Hi guys,

Sorry if this is the wrong section.

The boot spoiler on my car has come loose in the middle to the point where i can lift it off the boot. I see it is held in place with a very thin black rubber double sided tap.

I have tried the local hardware stores and midas but can only come across foam double sided tape, that is to thick. Anyone know where i could get it from, as i dont mind doing it myself or should i just get it sorted at the stealers?

I believe it is a 3M product(thin rubber tape) that you need, might find it at a Builders Warehouse.

No more nails double sided tape. You get the clear one. Thats what I used and it sticks.

i used a product called mammoth tape,

i had a boot spoiler fly off on the highway with the 3m tape, bought a new spoiler and found this mammoth tape it has not lifted at all.

BMW dealers sell it.
I also have mammoth & no more nails, either will work :thumbs:
