Thanks buddy appreciate it. Yeah man took me long enough but finally I roll in a 3.0d as well.
Well I have the car for 4-5months now and it feels as if I don't get a move on with it.
Work is keeping me way to busy to phone and sort stuff on it.
Car received a oil service yesterday. It's the first time in years that I need to trust a workshop on my car again but I have to say I'm really impressed and happy!
Asked them to clean my engine a bit as well.
I still need to sort the front bumper. Want to respray it. Add black kidneys, front plastics, mirrors and diffuser.
Not sure what I want to do with the wheels. Keep them on the car with a little gunmetal paint or replace them with a nice set?

Little Update
My car went in for some fresh paint.
We resprayed the front bumper and added some gloss black bits.
Still have a few issued that they need to sort but so far im happy.
Paint shop forgot about the number plate so they drilled holes again. They will be fixing it this week or next week.
My little inspector likes the new paint as well
So I made a few call outs on the whatsapp groups but no one wanted to come to Kuruman or Upington to race my slow ass. So I took a drive to Tarlton.

First race of the evening
Tried to get the guy's attention to find out if he has any mods but he didn't want to look at me.
Second race was a Superboss
3rd race was Brandon with his Polo TDi. Don't have a video of that race.
4th race was a Mazda MPS 3. Guy had some mods on. If i remember correctly he has intake, meth, dp and race file.
5th and quickest run - Wentzel with his big turbo and gas Polo TDi
Wentzel took the win. He did a 13.97 and I've done a 13.98.
6th run was my last. Didn't run the guy, just tried to get a better time.
Overall I'm very happy. Had loads of wheel spin from my mommy van, but it was FUN!

Well done "NELLA" you did well. cars moving regardless for a basically stock platform. only more good things to come from this thats for sure........
