Do they help make life better? I use a microfiber cloth and my finger :rollsmile: it has the power to kill now :roflol:

I reckon it's a luxury, makes cleaning the wheels a much easier than pushing your fingers in the spokes. Same result at the end of the day.

Btw, went to Crazy detailer but couldn't justify the cost of them. It also comes in a set of 3, but in reality, you probably just need 1 of them - most of the time.

I went past there today to get a friend some stuff, R460 later and Wash kit + Tyre Dressing.

Asked about the Rim brush and they are R195 and R145 each, respectively. Crazy :blueCry:

I am keen to buy the DA Polisher but can't stretch the R4000 price they are asking.

Hoping they do a special for the Forum Members.

time to rock bid or buy and ebay for whatever you can get. I get my polishing pads on bid or buy... they much cheaper

Crazydetailer sell quality products at great prices. Importing the stuff they stock means they are a the mercy of the exchange rate. I normally purchase my detailing items in small packages probably about twice a year.

I would also look at poorboys aka glossworx and I would keep a lookout for a second hand DA polisher.

I know Neil and Pravin personally and they are great guys who worked hard to get to where they are now... back in the days when i started detailing, i use to go to their homes to collect my stuff, most of my kit incl polisher is from them but let me be honest with you, they are not the cheapest out there anymore... i buy the same flexipads on big or buy for almost 50% cheaper in some cases.

confirm with the seller first that the stock is on hand in SA... if they import for you then you will wait for shipping and customs...

I once ordered 3 sets of polishing pads and only one was delivered to my post office... i did contact the seller and he gave me a full refund for the other two pad sets.

so there is buyer protection....

Plus if you give them a horrid rating they tend to resolve very fast :rollsmile:
