No sugars,
No fat.

everyone I know have done great on this even in the first 10 days, your still allowed to drink fizzy drinks BUT without sugars, sugar free gum ect.

Not to start a huge debate, but fat isn't the enemy. Sugar is. Nonetheless, if it works for you, then great!

True, but if you only cut out sugars it will take a while, when you cut carbs and sugars your body goes into ketosis, and instead of using carbs for energy and storing fat as a "reserve", it works the other way around, so it will burn off fat for energy, and store carbs for "reserve", that's why no fat, no carbs, no sugars.

Plus, most carbs have alot of sugar in

But sweetener is allowed

too late for me.. i have lost +/- 20kg since january..

just at the point now where i can eat small portions at a time without feeling hungry
