How does the "Dunkan diet" work ?
In a nutshell, its high protein, low carb and low fat diet. So you have a 10day attack phase where you eat meats only, second phase you bring in some veggies, and 3rd phase you bring in some carbs again.
Meat that you eat includes, steak, fish, any seafood, any lean meat basically.
No sugars,
No fat.

everyone I know have done great on this even in the first 10 days, your still allowed to drink fizzy drinks BUT without sugars, sugar free gum ect.

Not to start a huge debate, but fat isn't the enemy. Sugar is. Nonetheless, if it works for you, then great!
