If I can give the guys advice, go the "Dukan diet" route, I was 83KG when I started, I am not tall, lost 12KG in the first month, my aim was just to get away the stomach.

Most of my buddies are on this diet, especially colleges, everyone is seeing amazing results! And most important, it's the easiest diet ever.

Thanks for book and info, been on the diet and have lost 13kg so far. My attack phase only had to be 5 days, almost at goal weight now.
