get that suspension lowered (Koni/Bilstein coils please) and this car will look much more sportier and will be more appreciated.

Then work on wheels but please not some M wheels, be unique, but also classy.

This looks tight! Good job. :bravo:

Let people do what they want. It doesn't effect you or devalue your car. I love the look of the M3 front bumper OEM or not. Just like I like the 1M bumper.

:ty::smilebounce::chef: thanks.

thats why we are here to bring customers visions to life.
at the end of the day, all we want is a Happy customer.

have a super week ahead everyone :=):

Looks good, just needs the accompanying wheels and will look even better. I think its really up to the owner and how he wants his vehicle to look. There are plenty of guys that change bits and pieces on their cars and get great reviews so I dont see why there are some nay sayers, each to their own. Perhaps the gent could not afford a M3/4, perhaps he preferred the easier going nature of the 335i? Who knows, but the job looks great and not a butchers picnic.

I like it, i dont think the owner is done with this car. Have to repeat what some have said, majority of owners want to mod their car and these mods are by no means cheap nor does it look cheap.

Why build what you can buy? because in some cases building has more uniqueness to building, in some cases the bought might not meet the requirements of the owner.

I can afford an E60 M5, would i buy one probably not, if I was forced to replace the bumpers on my car and I had the choice of a good set of M5 replica bumpers with grills and fogs that fits, I would.

What effect do visual mods like this have on motorplan? I purchased a used ActiveHybrid 3 F30 and the front bumper is slightly damaged and I'd like to replace it with either an OEM or custom one.

If you're on motor plan, only do mods you can easily reverse when it comes to service time. AFAIK cosmetic mods are usually fine, but who knows, they'll try find anything to cancel your plan. You can always call your BMW and ask them

Thanks yeah will definitely contact BMW first. Bumper looks like a bird or a rock hit it in the black inner piece on one side so definitely want to replace it, even if its just with a stock bumper. I know if i do it through BMW they will likely rip the arse out of it.

Anyone know off-hand what a replacement would cost?

Last time i checked, you can pick up an OEM M-Sport bumper for around 5.5-6k. The non-M-sport ones are quite a bit cheaper.. around the 3k mark I think. You could always get the M3 replica bumper :smilebounce:
