bmw e46 with v8

I got an email a while back with pics of a black e46 motorsport that had a e92 m3 v8 fitted. Car had gp plates. Showed pics of the install. The bonnet had to be modded. Other than that car looked stock and they left the 325i badge there. Lol. Feel sorry for the guys who took it on thinking it was a 325.

That car is now in CPT, my cousins buddy bought it, car really fooks off !!!

That good new. How bout you hook up your buddy to the forum. I heard that Lukas sold the car, and would really like to see the car in person, especially since it's in CT

GOOD EVENING FELLOW BMW BROS

jUST WANT TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW THAT I HAVE JUST COMPLETED FITTING 540I 4.4L V8 AND TRANSMISSION IN MY E46 318I....I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT BUT THE SPACE WAS THERE..I AM NOW LOOKING FOR REAR E46 M3 BUMPER AND FRONT FENDER AND BONNET AND ALSO M3 DIFF....DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET THEM?

back to this question...none of those M3 parts will fit...the E46 M3 is wider than a standard E46 and the diff is different too so you would need the rear axle and good body shop skills to widen the car for the E36 M3 bits...it can and has been done but is a lot of work...
