Welcome:bravo:

Was the car converted to manual?

You of course know that all V8's owners with straight pipes has to upload a video or else it did not happen:fencelook:

hahahaha na man original 6 speed.... promise a video will be posted later..

O Ok,

What happened to the M Tech body kit & throwing star wheels?

They really transform the car, you would well to source & fit accordingly

They will all be fitted with time hahaha previous owner kept it on weekend drives... hopefully really take this to another level... maybe some pointers from some seasoned E34 veterans??

My 1993 E34 525i M50TU manual
First car I bought and plan to keep forever
Still needs work to get her fully restored but I will get her there

She looks good! A bit of a drop and she'll look great with those wheels

Thanks man

The other side doesn't look as good,
The back door on the bad side hit a pole by the previous owner and was replaced with a door from 1989 model and doesn't fit correctly or wasn't fitted correctly.
Paint faded on the bonnet as well but will get to the body after all mechanical issues which is pretty much just getting the engine running perfectly again.

The original door that was hit

As for the drop I already fitted Bilstein sport shocks at the front that can take a drop so just need the springs, not too sure about dropping the back though

Ouch

The back does look pretty good

Love these E34's, spent my early childhood in one

They are awesome cars.

This one lived a hard life till I took ownership 2 years ago and was in a bad way.
I even had to replace the manual gearbox, lucky I found one off a low KM car and is working very well.
Considering the very bad condition it was in though it started everyday and got me to where I needed to be even with the damaged gearbox.

These cars are built well and if looked after will go on forever

Nice, a red e34 I like. Oh and manual FTW

If you ever have plans to go lower, I would recommend a H&R lowering kit, does away with the reverse rake that e34's suffer from later in life and does a really good job of maintaining factory ride quality. Contact moranor on this forum, he will sort you out regarding these.

I am also expecting a thread in the showroom with more pics...and with details of the work done some far :mmm: :fencelook:

+1 on the H&R springs.

Nice compromise between a decent ride, and a decent drop.

Had a look through the thread, and it seems I have never even posted my e34 here....so to rectify this:

1995 540i, 6 speed manual, 346000km, oxford green metallic, black leather with black bird's eye maple trim and Rondell 58 reps (original M-system II's are safely hidden away)

Thank you for the kind words gents.

@bmw69: BTW mine is lowered on H&R springs....so the pick should give you an idea of how low it will be.

The drop looks perfect, exactly what im looking for.
Only thing stopping me dropping the front now is the steep incline getting the car in the garage, if i can get past that issue ill deffinitly get the H&R springs really looks good without the big gap.
