BMW 325is Value

I came across an early model 325is (Evo 1 as some people refer to it).
Terrible respray, some tacky /// M vinyls on the roof and bonnet, non original wheels and a faulty sunroof. The VIN and other tell tale bits did confirm it as an 325is, and even in that condition the owner has received offers north of 90k to which he has refused.

A side bet that the seller will ask for R200k.

Whether it is worth it or not and whether you will be getting a good deal depends entirely on how badly you want a clean iS.

Is it worth R200k ......based on the photographic evidence I would say yes.

Just saw your price post so I would say that R160k it is a proposition

150k+ is the norm... Especially for it being in such good condition :inlove:

I've received offers of 100k and upwards for my 325is, for the 333i there are people willing to burden my family with 300k cash money - so it's all about how much desire, and how deep a buyer's pockets are...

But then again, the E30 is god's Chariot :inlove:

I have also had ridiculous offers for my 333. Highest I think was R250k and I tell people I want R300k just to chase them away.

There was a very neat one at the BMW Festival going for R180k. With mileage of under 140 000km.

Sorry Gents, looks pretty, really pretty!

We noticed wheels were not straight

Just been on the lift and at Rolfs and oh Christ,so much accident damage, bushes installed wrong, spot welds etc

In owners defence I don't think he has looked under it ever.

Oh well......

Are you just saying that to keep us away so you can grab it :roflol:

Its a shame that the repair job was botched on such a car

my 2c's worth.... on face value of the pic's, its looks to be very clean and well worth the 160 - 180k ... could be deceiving however as I have found out with some vehicles...
It may have been refurb'd, looking at the seats - seem to be "very new" in leather condition? Original leather in these cars was not as "matt" - look at door cards texture/finish in comparison.... - just saying :=): - could be completely wrong though.

HA.... whilst writing this the facts came in........
