took the 1M for its first dyno run today. Nothing prepared, mods on the car is as follows :

ER Race cooler
Meth
exhaust

Dyno : Motronix
Ambient factor : 15%, initialy thought it was zero cause the readings were low. Dyno very stingy i must say, but i like it.

352 hp
612 NM

so if you would like to compare it to KAR, i think there ambiant factor is like 30% than the figures would be as follows

404 hp
704 NM

for a lunch time dyno i think its not bad. Car was not preped at all. Met Bilo there and just gave him company.

This dyno was more for research purposes than anything else. pretty impressive i must say.

Sleeper135i will post the graph as i am at work and they block everything.

Nice numbers, but one thing I dont get is this "preparing" for a dyno. Why ? These cars are not meant to be dyno queens, a dyno is there purely for tuning purposes. Plenty dyno days you have guys loading the engine bay with ice etc, it doesnt make sense.

Do you drive on the street with ice on the intake ?

Silly

Preperation invloves the following :

A good quality mix of high octane petrol with some other stuff.
good meth mixture
and a car that does not have issues, ie boost leaks

A dyno gives you an indication of your cars anticipated numbers.

I agree with you that ice does nothing. But having owned the entire range of the E82 seris i can tell you that they are dyno queens my friend. You might be new at this but i kno for a fact that these cars with the appropirate mods makes massisve numbers.

Google Vargas dyno record and see what these queens are capable of......... use it dont use it but the 700hp mark will be broken soon.

at the end of the day its how the car feels on the road. Dynos are just an indication.

But stay tuned, i will break 375hp, same setup same mods, only preparerd. Remember the better your fueling the more boost you can hold, the more power you can make. This was done on pump and every one knows that our pump fuel is shit.

i do drive on the street with the following to achieve better cooling, not with an ice pack but with meth and eth. Reserch it and view some logs. you will see what it does to your IAT and operating temperatures.

Reserch buddy before you post
