Hello

I finally took ownership of this fantastic 5ver this weekend. Car is really clean and well looked after. 2009 E60 530d|Xenon|Msport|Black leather interior|PDC. I really am a big fan of the E60 shape and the added space really does help. Thanks to Sash for answering a few questions I had.

Maintenance already done:

1. Gearbox was replaced(motorplan) at 95000km and gearbox oil service done at 190.

1. Control arms and steering rack replaced.

1. Turbo rebuilt.
2. Engine and gearbox mounts replaced.

TO DO: Tyres, Intercooler, Software.

Michelin PS4 245/40/18 were put on all round, I had them on my Sportline and was very happy so it made sense to put them on the 530d.

Secondly, the intercooler was replaced and I found a non OEM seal with some gasket sealer slapped on. A quick message to @Sash also confirmed that it was not something I missed and was not correctly done.

All back together and running boost leak free(touch wood).

Hey Sash

The changing of the intercooler and seals seems to have helped a bit > (http://www.fuelly.com/car/bmw/530d/2008/billionairebum/926152) .

No real updates apart from a full service. I am however struggling with the Angel Eye globes. Had a LED set in and the drivers side popped, ordered a new set from Jabsport (R800) and it lasted 2 months before the drivers side popped again.

Will need to figure that out. Your Coilover kit is making me insanely jealous, looks amazing.
