Well I searched far and and wide for a set of angel eyes and I didnt find a single place in jhb... But the bmwfanatics gave me the info I needed!!! Special thanx to Andrewbuch, Mr_Arbee and Zaheer!

It took me longer to drive to the place then the actuall installation!!! only about 30min!!

@Don - wish mine was that easy.. guys from Renz sent me a vid of how to change my AE bulbs. Oh and mine arrived yesterday.. :excited:
Vid shows the easiest way - i have to take my wheels off and the covers to get easier access to the units with the bulbs in it. it's probably gonna take me an hour maybe even two cause i'm stupid when it comes to DIY.

So today SecondSkynz is sorting the tint on my windows, this weekend i'm doing the white led bulbs for my AE's and then on monday i should have 2 or 3 pics of what the car looks like. really minor changes thats being made but i think it will look better.

Now i need to source black kidney grills cause i really don't like the chrome ones.

Gonna try some DIY for a change... never done anything like this or anything to my car myself so i reckon if i take my time it can't be that hard to get it done.

For my dads E60, I had to remove the whole headlight to fit the replacement bulbs for the AE's.. What a mission....


For black grills why not get Second_Skynz to vinyl them while he is there doing the tint ?????

@ Jack Bud doing things DIY is awesome but some things best be done by those who know.... I watched hw they fitted my angel eyes ( was suppose to DIY it) and I realised I wouldve caused more damage eg like breaking all the clips. As long you got a the correct procedure then DIY is good....

@ Camiel - Guys from Renz sent me a link where i downloaded a DIY vid. they went as far as showing each and every screw that needs to come out. this gave me the confidence of DIY for once.

@ Andrew - All depending on how much he's gonna ask me to do them..

Guys will my car look good with matt black kidneys ?
