The shed is here to stay I have bigger plans for the garage though. Still want a lift or pit of sorts...

A lift
A pit is awkward to work in.
Just my 2c worth

I would gladly give up my pit for a 4post lift. The lift also makes good space to store an extra car when you not using it.

Vanos solenoid pack removed

After removing the plate it can be seen that the seals arent doing their job properly anymore. Signs of oil all around.

Some more goodies arrived

Hopefully come thursday ill have another complete suspension and will complete the suspension swap out with newer and oem goodies Along with the thermostat and coolant flush.

Im still using the m3 as a daily and can notice more low down torque from the new vanos plate seals. Fuel consumption seems to be improving with every diy im doing.

Matt Picked up the car tonight and is absolutely overjoyed.

I also delivered the 330d to Peertjies who is now the proud new owner. So for tonight at least I am officially diesel free.

There is however another S54 lurking...
