I would like to praise Best Auto for their customer service and making the whole experience of taking delivery of my M5 that much more enjoyable than it would have normally been.
Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, from being picked up at the airport, signing the paperwork to taking delivery of the vehicle, Best Auto really does go above and beyond for their clients.

I don't usually do this type of thing as good service should simply be the norm, however in this case the service really was exceptional.
Some of the KZN dealerships could learn a thing or two about customer experience from Best Auto.
