Here goes the results
The tester reckons the car has made a huge jump and is fast and strong:
At the flywheel end.
@3000 RPM 164 BHP & 387.60 NM
This was done in 3rd gear.
He reckons the average for this vehicle is 142 BHP
He advised I change my exhaust system similar to what ChefDJ has done. Noise Boys have quoted me R1900 for the job. So next week it will be done.

congrats barry on what is an ever improving vehicle.
couple of points...
-the dyno will be reading wheel power and the stock figures are flywheel. One should take into consideration age and mileage. Did you perhaps do a dyno prior to remap?
-the gear chosen depends on your gear ratios..., it needs to be closest 1:1, most 5 speeds have 3rd in that range and the 6spds are 4th, i dont know enough about the new gearboxes but i believe the 8spd autos dyno in 6th
-from personal experience, my car was only dynoed in a single gear(4th)

Here it is. It is not all done. Instead of the tips I have opted for a silencer. This is for now Tips to be done later. So the vehicle has been decatted with a new pipe (63mm), new flex and FREE-FLOW silencer. Total cost with 4 hours labour(including R64 for a HUGE dagwood + Coke I did not have cash for):

The owner of Noise Boys (Herman Stad, Pretoria), Andre, is a very knowledgeable person and he is very happy to share with you. So if you ask a question be prepared for a very well explained answer. I also believe him to be honest. He convinced me that a double pipe free flow system for R4500 would be best. I agreed.
After he saw the turbo exit hole at 75mm he reckoned it would not be worth it as the vehicle is ok as it is. He could have done it and charged me but....
Thanks to him and his friendly staff this was a very easy and pleasant day. They kept the coffee coming...thanks Waldo ;-)
PS!! If I am saying anything wrong then please excuse my ignorance.
RESULTS: I can feel an absolute improvement (might just be in my mind). Someone please tell me if I will see this on a Dyno run? If so I will go do one as soon as everything is done.
