Is it a pre-requisit to have an M car to join the convoy?

Yes :=): M cars only for this event.

M3, M4, M5, Z4M, M coupe, M6, X5m, X6m etc...

All those poor bastards who dropped a bar on an M2 getting zero love :p

They are not genuine M powered cars I guess:cartel:
I was under the impression that all bmws of the M derivative were fettled with by the M division?

That is the sales pitch anyway... M50d I'd have thought would crack a nod at least.

I blame BMW marketing for this :roflol: Many have many ideas about what a "true" M car is... but is it the 'S' motor? Is it the suspension and design choices eg: Hydraulic vs. electric steering, RFT vs. Non Runflat? Is it M division simply having a say in its creation? Can SUVs truly be considered M cars? Probably a set of questions for another thread...

I suppose for the purposes of this event the 'official' M division designed and built cars with a single M and single number in the name are the target LOL.

Sounds like double standards to bud

Im guessing M doesn't refer to msport lol :crazylaugh:

Or 320i with aftermarket "M" badges

And quad tailpipe setups

:fencelook:

I feel personally offended and attacked by the forum staff because of this comment:fencelook:

Come on, quad pipes would have been cool  jk, gave up on that. At least I don't have an ///M badge on the back, so I'm not 100% douche.

Post pics if anybody took any! Would love to have been there to see the beasts in action

Lots of comments so far but no pics? Btw there's an M breakfast run by invitation from Cedar Isle this Sunday. Anyone going?
