I was lazy after spending most of Saturday sorting the lights so i did not wash the cars at all. But, i got some pics. Cant see the dirt...

The lip and grilles are going to be sent for paint soon. Cable ties holding the lip in place was just so i could mark the mounting points.

Close ups of the headlights and scoop, behind the grilles.

I need to replace that badge

Probably going to be sending the car to Italian Auto soon, to get a few dents and dings repaired as well. Im really enjoying this car.

Thanks for looking...

Like anything material, if someone comes with the money, its for sale. Im not actively looking to sell, but should a buyer come and im happy with the deal, then it will be sold.

I have installed HID (Xenon) bulbs with ballasts on the Headlights and fogs. I have adjusted them to shine low and added a layer of Gunsmoke Laminx to cut some of the glare so it hardly affects oncoming traffic. Seems to be working out as i haven't been flashed by oncoming vehicles since fitting it. HID kits can be purchased from Steven @ S&I.

The evil thingies, thats a custom bit man. I basically removed the lenses from the headlight. Took some red spray paint, sprayed into the can lid and with my daughters paint brush, i applied 3 layers of paint to the projector bowl surround.

Maaf bru,

the reason i asked is because i saw it for sale on the gum. Maybe its an old ad if you saying you not actively looking to sell or someone is scamming.

did the tensioner fail first causing the belt to fail, or the other way round.
the tensioners usually make loud screeching noises for many months before total failure

I take it U didn't drive the car once the belt snap, thus repairs should be complete within an hour.

It did make a screeching sound a few weeks ago. But then went away.

When it broke, it screeched for about 4 seconds then I heard the snap and the battery light came on. I was on my way home from work. Also noticed the power steering was gone and then saw the heat gauge climb. Before it got into the red I moved out of traffic and switched off.

Car sent to Nikhil and he's already stripped the faulty part and broken belt. Parts will be acquired in the week and Nikhil will work on it when he gets a moment.
