Now I guess the big question is how do I get to 200kw

I believe the software has been tweaked a little already so what do I do?

Exhaust
Headers
Intake
Cam

Or do I just enjoy it as-is?

Enjoy it as is. You won't get an N/A 325i to 200kw without going down a turbo/supercharger route at which point you may as well just get a 335i. Enjoy her for what she is. She's stunning!

Hmmm, with software it's over 170kw already. It's 160kw stock.

Surely it can't be that hard?

It is. It's naturally aspirated.

Nice car!

From what I have seen, the x35i and the diesels are the tunable cars in BMWs stable.

Don't know how much can be done with the 325i, without applying forced induction.

Yeah you would not get to 200kw without paying in mods equal to the cars value. And I suppose you would like to get to that power without paying too much correct?

Software, exhaust is basically all you can do and maybe a diff change too a shorter ratio for bang for your buck mods. Anything else will either not give you any gains, or cost you around 10K per mod for around 2-3kw. I know andy was selling one of his superchargers for around 50K, which is a steal, but you will need to add in around another 10-20K for software, fitment, fabrication of mountings, new belts etc.
