Sounds like a poor connection under the seat. Looking under the seat there's a yellow connector, in order to remove it you need to use a thin flat screwdriver and lift out the black clip on the side of the yellow connector. When it's moved out about 5mm, you can gently pull the yellow plug towards you. Once removed, spray some contact cleaner in both connectors and reinsert it, making sure to push the clip you moved out back in securely.
I can only add to the above statement, so I think Ratslaaf is on the right thought track

Yellow connector under the drivers side
Causes error "Driver side seatbelt tensioner" to come up on diagnostics
If I "wiggle" the connector, then the error goes away, so it is a weak connection within the connector.
If I carelessly vacumm under the drivers seat, I have tripped the airbag fault light
from what I have been told (here-say) that the connector can loose power for about 9 consecutive times without tripping the fault light, but after the 10th time, the light comes on and cannot be reset by any other means other than with a diagnostic computor.
