Bmw has offered me tyre insurance cover - R8000 cover per tyre ? Price R2300 once off. Has anyone taken this deal.

Definitely no sunroof. Not a fan.

Happy with power delivery from 320i with sport auto transmission. Therefore opted not to go for the extra diesel torque.

If I get bored with power will consider bmw power upgrade to 180kw. Pricy is just scary at R38k

you might not be a fan of a sunroof but it definitely helps with resale value .
just my 2c

-sunroof
-Rear PDC with Camera (dont really need front imo)

-MAKE SURE YOU TAKE RED LEATHER SEATS!! LOOKS AWESOME!

As some one who has only had one puncture in 4 years I would say its a huge waste of money. I suppose it depends on what roads you're travelling on.

^Not a fan of red leather seats. Black would be an easier resale.

This....I hope you at least test drove a diesel...I suspect not, other-wise you would probably be ordering the "d".

That said the F30 320i is loads better than the E90 version, and I can understand people buying them...sort of. (d is still way better)

And I just would like to say sunroof is a waste of money. I have one, never use it. Rather spend the bucks on something more useful, imo.

Rear blind is nice. If you have small kids the side blinds are nice to have instead of using blankets and window socks.

Also have PDF & rear camera that's a nice thing to have.

I agree that the 320d is probably is better car. Spent the price difference on accessories. And I am very likely to give this car to my wife in 6mths

Yeah...well the F30 320i is still a great car.

Just be ware, women used to less powerful cars, tend to get a bit giddy when they feel the beemer's lively-ness. They tend to then be heavy on the foot !
