So, on my way back from work this rotation I will be staying the day in Munich
Now then, to my amazement I came across a little bit of info on the net (which i admit i didnt know) is that the BMW museum is in Munich :rollsmile:

Its 35km from the airport so Ive already started to make plans to go when im there on 17th July :rollsmile:

Flexible. I was thinking September but have no problem delaying it to a suitable date that suits everybody. Some guys will obviously need some time to get their ducks in a row. I think the trip will be epic with a bunch of petrolheads!

Sorry for the thread hijack Scouce. If guys are keen I'll start a thread and put down some of the ideas I have for the trip and discuss it from there.

You must also try get on the factory tour in Munich - It's across the road from the museum. Also... Book a BMW hire car "BMW on Demand" from the Welt. You need to book asap as its usually quite full!

Was actually planning/saving for a trip to Ireland but that could be adjusted.... I'd also actually planned something like this not too long ago for fun, it could be done in 10 days or less with very little sleep :rollsmile:
