Hi guys can some one tell me if I will make a mistake to buy a 1996 540i M the very last one of the 75 that was build for R60K

From the owner of no 72 of the 75, BUY THE BLOODY THING!!!

It is a great cruiser and its not that heavy on fuel. Make sure you get the plaque with the chassis number etc., if the current owner still has it.

Do you have some detail on the car? Colour, condition etc?

this 540 is more than a beast heads been done branches injectors do not know if the guy just made sales talk but I had a 540i and a m5 the 3.6l and this thing is a monster to them

kewl beans ! would love to see its dyno sheet :D I should acctually upload mine, just need to get it scanned. ah screwit, I'm gonna go scan it quickly... brb :)

Oki Doki.. quickly went to scan my dynosheet at the internet cafe here... and here it is...
please note, The pullaway on the first test I think was screwed so that 511nM on test1 before the tune was incorrect. it was quite allot lower than that...

this dyno was done after the the exhaust was put on for Test 1, and then the next result is after the unichip and tuning...

I should be going this week to get my car re-dyno'd, as my car now has a custom flywheel, sport clutch and a manual 6speed gearbox :)
