Have heard good things about Surebrake discs. My BMW mech actually recommends them, which says a lot.

Will actually give them a try next time I need to change brakes. Let us know feedback in the next few weeks.

Nice

Once brakes are bedding in nicely
Open her up and then Brake - will be interesting to see how it holds up under heat and Heavy Braking

Small update: did a run to the shops, I haven't driven the car since Sunday. I must say I am impressed, still silent and now judder.

EBC recommends that the pads bed in after 350kms but they already biting strong. That pads have almost made complete contact with the discs still a little more to good before the complete pad surface makes contact.

Thus far I would recommend this combo.

Update:

The Surebrake discs and EBC Ulitmax pads are awesome, would definitely recommend them. The brakes have settled in nicely and bite really well.

On the noise and judder side, absolutely nothing to report. The pads are quiet. What I noticed during the install was that the old pads on the outer side of the caliper, did not have the bracket on the pad backing plate like the EBC did, hence this would have caused some play and caused brake squeal that I had previously.

I installed the EBC pads with the bracket for the outside pads intact and no brake squeal whatsoever.

Performance wise the brakes are great, the highest speed I have stopped the car at is from 160 and they grabbed impressively. My car barely reaches 120 speed limits since my wife drives the car every day to work. These discs and pads really suits my needs. They have performed thus far better than the OEM set I had on.
