*got Speedyquip in Bram Fisher to make to couplers 57mm to 60mm

Looks good..

May I make a suggestion. I think if u shorten the length of your reducer , then your filters won't touch one another

Problem is the are obstacles in way of the filters when mounting close to intake pipes. You actually need to move them forward to mount properly.

I chose the 140mm lenght filters for mor surface area. 130mm would have been a better option though.

The 130mm length filters aren't dual cones , so was a better option to go with the 140mm ones.

Do they touch/knock one another when accelerating and braking?

The front filter rests on rear filter.

It;s a snug fit so don't there is going to be much movement. Will keep a eye on things.

Lots of guys has done it overseas, so should not be a problem.

most of my driving is done on freeway and very little in peak traffic.

Also do a search on web for tests done between drop in filter and cones.

Once you on move, the cones gets fed by cold air from intake snorkel as well as any other feeds from outside.
