How is selling my car detracting from anything I've posted in this rides thread? I'm not sorry I bought a BMW, I'm just sorry that I unfortunately ended up with one that cost me lots and lots of money to keep on the road.

I still hope someone can find some useful info in my rides thread. I've come to know a number of good guys on this forum and I don't have any bitterness about anyone on this forum, I've learned quite a lot this past year and a half.

You have to understand that I've been a part of the VW community for about 10years already, hence me calling it "home". Nothing more meant by that.

Martin, no need to explain yourself, anybody who read this thread, or any of your other threads on the VW forum know what you meant. You have added alot to the forum with your threads and hopefully like other owners who have bought other brands, you still frequent the forum with your experiences with the other brand.

Yes I got a 2006 Audi A3 2.0Tfsi. Lovely car, but I think I'm gonna get a BMW soon.

My 330d het my geleer wat dit is om 'n competent kar te hê. Moet sê ek mis dit. Die A3 is awesome, maar hy tickle nie meer my fancy so hard soos die eerste paar maande nie.

I have a friend who did the exact same thing! His been driving Vws for well over 10 years , changed over to a BMW 120d ( that 2 door small sporty one with the M sport package ) He drove it for 2 years , traded it in on a Golf , TDI or something sporty looking . His had that Golf for about a year now , I met him last week and while driving he tells me , Dude what the hell did I do , What is wrong with me ?
I was a little confused as I had no clue what he was on about and where that was coming from,so then he said , I should have never traded in that BMW . Now every car Is missing something and I don't know what it is .
I couldn't stop laughing .
