Hi All,

I am thinking of selling my e46 328i auto (99) My wife wants me to build a pool at our house, besides a havent really driven the car in like 2 years because of using company car all the time....free gas!

I pole drove into the front of my car a while back. I had to change the cradle, radiator and fan, so I decided to go individual bumper, new spec lights all round. (This was costly:)

Its black, harmon kardon sound, electric rear blind, 17 inch 7 spoke (175000km).

I recently put in new brake pads in front, new control arms and bushes from Gizmo and I have bought gabriel gasriders allround that has not been fitted. Oh new battery as well, albeit i dont start the car in like 2 months and then it dies and i have to recharge again.

Seeing that i dont use the car and that my wife would like a pool to be installed at my house.....what would be a fair price.

Well it would depend a lot on the condition, but a fair price would probably be around R65k.

and post some pics.

Well the condition is very good although there are a few bits and pieces like the bumper beadings that i need to still fit and the front oval fogs.

To be honest I bought the car for 100k like 3 years ago. I was looking at around 45k, but will post some picts this weekend maybe.

Advertis it for say 65k, then if someone brings you down to 55k, no problem :)

I guess that you right, but i am not one to negotiate allot. I prefer to let the buyer know what they need to fix, what it would cost them, provide value, cut my losses and move on. Depreciation catches up with you sooner or later anyway, but thanks.

I know, my friends tell me the same thing. I spent around 200k turobocharging my opel and then my honda and then eventually selling them for a laugh.....but that was before i got married. (LOL)

The auto part takes a huge chunk out of the price...

i agree, but then again, it depends on who you are and what your needs are. BTW....it still could be fun...i have the m3 smg wheel with paddle shifters that you can connect to the steptronic.
