Hi.

OIL: Original BMW 5w30 (blue bottle).
OIL FILTER: Original again - I've seen pirate makes twisting during installation. Original is well priced also.

Plugs: Bosch FR7NPP332

Rather go with the BMW oil and filter, they are sometimes cheaper than the after market stuff.

You would stick with the Bosch plugs, you can get those from Autozone etc.
