Hi

I have a 320i e46 1999 and it has started leak water under the bonnet even if you replace the water. What could it be because i just replace the thermostat and water pump?

Could be a cracked coolant expansion tank. Put your hand under/around the tank to check if it is wet.

leaking starts when you accelerate and after start up an orange light like the oil light turns up

Can you see the water leaking out?

If not, it might be the water pipe at the back of the engine leaking on top of the hot manifold causing the water to evaporate.
If you're in Pretoria, you can get the pipe from Bemow in Soutter street at ±R 400.

I had this problem in January last year and i took the car to a BMW mechanic and he confirmed it was the coolant bottle. Please dont buy Second hand and it costs R950.00 fro Agents and get a radiator specialist to fit it on rather than BMW.
