hi all,

I'm interested in the car mentioned above.
I wanna know the likes and dislikes/ pros and Cons

I'm getting one with 70 000km and wanted how much does normal service cost on these cars, and what the major cost?
Where's the best place to service these cars in JHB/PTA

When can I expect to change the Cambelt and cost wise?

Thanks in advance

A 2008 with those KM's should still be covered by Motorplan.

My 2007 320d had some major parts replaced at 70 000km, including the vibration damper and shock mounts.

Apart from that the only thing I didn't like was the bit of turbo lag at the bottom end with the Autobox. Loved the fuel effeciency, the ride comfort compared to the Dynamic was a bit harder (Both has the Sport Suspension with 18" rims).

I dont think these engines have cambelts IIRC... Chain driven.

Overall, a very nicely balanced BMW with good performance. I'm sure you wont be dissapointed.

Thanks guys.

I'm loving the car but haven't floored it yet :(
There's still lots that I need to learn about the car.
Going to have a bonding session this coming weekend with it.:=):
