318ti spark plugs

Hi all

Can anyone recommend spark plugs for my 2002 318ti? It's the N42 motor. I was told to use NGK's with the 4 electrodes, but don't know the code.

Not concerned with what it costs. Just want the best plugs for it.

I heard the 4 electrode spark plug isnt the safest option. Better to stick with the normal double electrode. Maybe someone can just confirm?

Last time I checked, these where R63ea at the dealership and R80ea from Midas.

NGK BKR6EQU is R 60 from supplier in Diep River, Cape Town.

The NGK sparkplugs are the correct ones. As Ricky mentioned; NGK BKR6EQUP.
I replaced mine a couple of months ago, no problems whatsoever. :thumbs:
