hahaha that he does! can i come for a ride with you in Gopher on the skidpan...? have not done the skidpan thing before, so kinda hesitant, want to see what its all about, my touring is a manual...

Manual, 325i Touring.. will be awesome on skidpan

To add insult to injury, i was towed home by a 1.4 corsa bakkie and i'm driving a friends modified nissan 1400 bakkie until i get parts tomorrow.

Was meeting some of you guys but must agree it was not as nice as IT COULD HAVE BEEN. Think that was due to the fact it being so buzy etc.

Still think we should book the skidpan for just us. If we had like 20 People it would be awsome.


Saw the car being wrapped and looked awsome, but alas did not get time to say high as was hectic to get into que then up to track etc.


So when is the next wimpy meet.

Did you come to the skidpan ? I was there from 8 till 4.. Did not see you.. well dont think so..

The track & skidpan are always on the same day, you are free to do whichever one you want to..

I thought it was a great meetup..

when i got there there were some guys there already, so chatted, then more arrived, so chatted
then skidpan opened, so not as much chatting.. but some guys rode shotgun with me & other members who were also doing it..

at about 11 or so, coisman & crew headed off to a braai area.. and set up there..

When the skidpan closed for lunch, most of us got together & had a lekker braai for lunch..

then back to the skidpan...



THANKS to COISMAN, His brother & Frikkie for the braai's & getting them going.. & The BUNS as well as Coisman's wifey for the plates...


Was a great day out.. Skidpan was a bit busy.. and I think phoenix was the only damage for the day.. sorry man, hope it gets fixed soon...

I have enquired about this.. will be about R10k to rent skidpan for half day of skidpan action...
