Wow. Poor mods are required to be near perfect humans. Point 2 in original post, unbiased in their views and opinions? Based on my experience with mods, that's never happened. As for the general rules as well. Applied to some, not all.
Rather than place mods on such a high pedestal, rather say, try to be xyz.... Try!
Or consider the need for no mods if one is inclined to think on that mature level.
