2014 135i dct advice please

A E82 is so much more car than a F20. Yes the F20 has more tech but that's not all that matters in life. for me the DCT is certainly not a downgrade from the 8 spd zf.

2014 model does seem a bit odd tbh. But ya amazing car and I loved mine every time I looked at it and drove it and not once did I think the M135i was a nicer car in anyway.

If you want practicality then the E82 will not work at all. The boot opening is so small you will struggle to get some things in there. Bought a vacuum cleaner and it ended up taking a nice scenic drive from the front passenger seat.

The 2014 is definitely a late reg, last of these were 2013
NAV and Mperformance exhaust is hard to come by with this model, esp the nav
Things to watch out for on this one, water pump
Had mine changed under plan as well, its a very common issue. Make sure the pump has been changed on this one with dealer
Another issue is that lovely brittle plastic sheet charge pipe the germans gave us with this car, keep a spare
Other than that, its fun to drive, that DCT box makes up for everything
