discussion 2011 BMW F10 520d Rough when selecting 'D'

It is quite notable, especially when the car is cold, when I engage Drive, there is a very rough idle and vibration.
The car is on almost 197 000Km now.
From what I read it can be anything from the Torque Converter, to the engine mounts, and I guess anything inbetween.
Any opinions would help please, as obviously I won't take it to BMW, but I definitely need a reputable place to diagnose it and hopefully fix it.
With second hand cars at ridiculously overpriced highs now, buying a newer car is not an option, also this 1 is paid off...

agreed, also not a bad time to check out the dampener pulley
Ok thanks for some direction, but now for the really dumb question, where can I take it to in Pretoria or rest of Gauteng?
I am willing to fork out for some preventative maintenance, there is no way I'm trading this car to a dealer.
