I want to thank Osiris for giving me a few D2S xenon bulbs which he had left over from his previous E46. When I went to his place to collect I met his gorgeous house cat, he's a Maine Coon named Orion (cat's name in Men in Black). Had to take a reference pic using my hand as Orion is Massive yet very friendly, true gentle giant. Thank you very much Nick, I truly appreciate the gesture and I adore your cat.




Onto today's mod, M3 SMG steering wheel retrofit. Im using one of my custom plug and play harnesses so I don't cut, solder or splice into any original wiring. SMG slip ring is needed too as it has the 2 extra wires for the paddles. The SMG wheel Im using is temporary as the leather is worn quite a lot. A newer condition wheel will be sourced soon.














This afternoon I started changing out the oil filter housing gasket, forgot to take pics of the muck before cleaning, oh well. Will have it finished up tomorrow and then replace the noisy alternator bearings and change out the tappet cover gasket.

Thank man. I'm so getting a Maine coon for my next kitty, they are so beautiful.

The paddles are pretty cool, just need more engine under the bonnet to take this car to the next level...

I already have a SMG wheel in my 330i auto sedan, it works great and I want to do the same on my 325i Touring.

Update: Last week I received the bumper back from the paint shop so I popped it on, looks great for a rep bumper. Very happy with it, thank you Firi@Rennzport.
