Go take a drive out to Autofever, they have a ton of spare diffs going for R1,200 (thats what I paid for a type 210 for the E34).

Bemows I am sure will have a ton as well, these are not items that usually break.... the limited slip diffs do break clutch packs, but the opens and fine....

Thanks boet,lionel form auto fever sorted me out,even brought it half way to my house for me at no extra charge so we fitting it in today will let you guys know if its cool...thanks for all your help to those that tried to help!

Gizmo also had one but without guarantee,where as auto fever gave me a 30 day guarantee so hence i went with them as i'm not willing to risk it.
