I bought this car from one of the board members sight unseen but after having read his thread.

When it arrived I was immediately taken by its dynamic performance add ons.
Never before had I the privilege of owning such a fast car.
Below proof of the extensive performance modifications

Item 1
This filter setup is guaranteed to add 32.5 killerwats on the wheels

Item 2
This intake ram tube is guaranteed to add a further 12.75 killerwats on the back wheels.

Item 3

This is a dummy intake therefore the performance gain is multiplied by a factor of 3.
That means that if Item 2 added 12.75 killerwats one would have to multiply 12.75x3= a lot

I was expecting the car to be in a far worse condition then I found it in.

The motor is relatively quiet however it will need the normal S54 fixes before one can drive it with any degree of confidence.

It has a torn subframe and will need new rims as the ones on the car are not original.

My thinking is to strip it and convert my sons Touring into an M.

I will have a closer look at the car when I have space and decide which route to take.

I know that a subframe repair will be in the order of R16000 which means that it may be worth saving or not.

My thoughts with regards the conversion is that ideally I would have wanted a black interior touring as ours is grey.

Maybe look for a black interior car.
