The ACS suspension on this car is actually bilstein.

Made for ACS by Bilstein, at the base of the shocks they are embossed with the AC Schnitzer logo.

Scavenger is spot on. Shocks have "Schnitzer" embossed on the bottom.









Back boxes are ACS by Remus.

Time to pull the shifter, ACS knob uses 3 grub screws for fitment.








Bone dry.


Quite a weight to it. Cleaned.


Greased


Good to go. Super smooth action now.


New coupling installed.


Exhaust refitted.


Fuel filter was the original, 15 years old. Was pretty dirty for only 33 000km.






AC belt






Caught the original pads just before they triggered the sensors.




Dead Willard replaced.




Car will be finished up tomorrow.:chef:
