So the lengths and the sizes are identical? No alteration in geometry?
I have been told there is a slight change in geometry. M sport e46s come with these FCA's.

I was under the impression that teh only difference between M-sport and non-msport control arms are that the M-sport has more durable ball joints...

Today's update: Fixed the sunroof slider panel.

With the M6 seats folded forward, access to the sunroof area is easy.

Glass removed.

Store out of the way.

The issue.

Fixed by making my own metal bracket to replace the broken plastic one.

Perfect!

All done. :)

As some of you are aware Gareth (gconry18) had been following this build since day one with the intention of buying it when it was complete. Well I caved in and sold him the car so he is flying up on Saturday to collect it. Gert from OBD Works will do the 3lt software tomorrow and then the car is finished, ready for her long distance trip to her new home.

The car went past Gert at OBDWorx on Wednesday for the 330i software flash on the 325i DME successfully completing the 3.0lt swap. A definite improvement straight out his drive way. The software is worth @reef altitude 10-15wkw and 20-30nm based on my previous 3.0lt swaps.

After the software I took an opportunity to try out my current wheel dilemma on a silver touring for perspective. I think the 108s win it on silver.

Does it improve that stupid delay on the throttle the 330s have?
And then that hateful dip, and then revving itself when you start releasing the clutch....:floggin:

The 108s are my favorite, and I would keep them for the car you are keeping yourself
