On street tyres Rowen's car did 13.1 @ 187 at ODI. All it has is software & the boost is only 0.2 more than stock. Anyone hear of a 1M that ran quicker?

DAMN...thats fast and i know this car can go quicker from first hand experience against him.

I always find it interesting that we make a distintion for QM records based on whether the car had slicks, its transmission box or whether it was stock or had a tune LSD. Non of these things is the "record". Its your fastest time that makes history. The condition or mods on the car at the time of the run makes only nice anecdotal evidence but its not the record.

There are "golfs" with bmw engines that run 8 sec QM. It will be recorded that a "golf" ran that time even if it was only its shell that ran in the race...(this is point not the truth...)

Totally agree and the fuel was always pump and the guys will prove it......nice run Sherwin. Will let you know soon if my car is ready 1st September i will take all my different tyres with! lol

my stock 135i ran 13.4s & with bmw perf pack 13.0s with r/f tyres so 1M with more power should be quicker :=):

where did your stock run 13.4 and 13 modded if i may ask because that is very quick?

locally i dont know but ovaseas a stock 1m did do a 12.7 if i remember correctly

You a bank robber?:roflol: I just race mine. Looked at the reviews and 4.5 seconds a lap slower than the 1M and the wow factor, i took the 1M. You had 2 thats awesome you very lucky, what dealer did you buy from? Oh and next time im at ODI i would like to run against your monster bud? Maybe 1 September im sure Sherwin will be there too!

My 1m on my P3 gauge on street tires in the street ran 13. i understand that track and street are worlds apart but according to my gauge i ran a 13.0 on street tires plus at the time it was standard. After putting in the JB4 G5 my gauge showed me a time of around 12.4 on 105 oct and street tires, i should really take it on the track to see what the real time would be.

I don't think thats fast at all in my opinion.

Sorry I just don't get some can run low 13's at ODI with a STOCK 135, my best was a 14.0 on 95 pump fuel. I didn't deflate my tires or anything else that would affect my pull away. My reaction time on all my runs that day was also good.

I just don't get it.. I ran against 2 stock 335's the past month and was a tiny bit faster then they were.

Its cos everyone that runs drags hides a bit of the truth.
Car was not stripped out, ok could not see that cos your tint was so dark.
95 pump fuel in the car we running, i suppose that smell from the exhaust is the cats then that smell the same as Race gas? Car is stock exhaust?
Road tyres
Running stock boost, i guess then there is a budgie under your wagons bonnet screaming murder like a whinning boosted turbo.
These are just a few good ones i have seen and heard.
Bootom line leave your details on what the car has and has not got just give the time on the slip bud.:roflol:
