1995 E36 328i Vibration from the rear

Hallo Gents

I have a small problem and hope someone might point me in the right direction.
I Have a 1995 E36 328i for about 1 Year and 6 Months now. Sometimes at above 120 km/h i get a small vibration from the rear. It is not always and sometimes even as low as 80 Km/h. Once pulled a trailer with some weight and the vibration was quite bad. What could this be, i cannot pin point it.
Someone had a simmiler experience ?

Most common cause of vibrations is from a failing propshaft coupling (guibo). Have it checked out.

Can be as simple as tyre balancing.
Secondly mismatched old tyres can cause vibration at high speeds.

Thank you Gizmo, i thought that it might be this. I am still new to the BMW world.
Another Q, is there two of these couplings ? ( gearbox and diff side ). I cant see the diff side as all the cover plates is still in tact.
