Thought that some of the old timers might find this particular car of interest as it is the unicorn of 635s in South Africa.

I am aware of some 15 M 635 cars in SA (not that there are not anymore).

Wes was absolutely key in ferreting this car and pointing us in the correct direction.
Wes take a bow and thank you for your input.

The day we collected the car.

There is the grand father of M powered cars...well certainly NA M powered cars.

A few interior pics

I have started working on the car and here are a few pics of where we currently find ourselves.

As an aside the car was towed as it would not start so it was basically bought on the strength of the odometer reading which has 110 000Kms recorded as well as the people we dealt with namely Wes and the owner who as it turned out is a gentleman of note.

Wes thank you it is a gem.

It is really an awesome find!!!!
Has she started yet?
Yep we started it a few days ago by changing fuel pump (thank you Chris aka fordkoppie aka not banned again) fuel filter cleaning injectors fuel rail fuel lines and the speed sensors.

Clearances still need to be done and plugs changed however those are on order.

Then need to do clutch master cylinder which is leaking and off to the drags.

It's in a remarkable condition
It only has 110 000 Ks Andy...no marks on the drivers seat or bolster and it smells good :)

Rear calipers still have the anodizing on them and the car is absolutely complete.

It does need attention though and I am told that Fuzz will be experimenting on the paint this coming weekend.
