Yes Crazy Detailer I had a similar problem on a white vehicle I used rough abrasives which actually made it worse. The FG400 removed after hand polishing like 5 times. I honestly thought that it would never come off as it already looked liked it soaked into the paint but yeah it did. Worth a try

The lip and rear diffuser will have to wait a few weeks...

Just did the white LED mod.

Don't have any pics yet but will update my thread as soon as I take some.

The inners are brighter than the outers, I think thats by design. Would be cool if they were the same brightness.

Seriously though, I wouldn't know.Its possible that you have PPK1 only!:tease:
That's the software only, and not any of the hardware.Cos as far as I know the hardware they install with PPK2 adds no power....it's simply a water cooler & radiator for added cooling.the exhaust maybe a little yes, but it can't be much.

We can compare what's under our hoods on Sunday and figure this thing out:idea:

So its been a while since I've updated this thread...

Car looks MUCH different now than the last pics I posted...But I will do this thread step-by-step as I have done with the mods over the recent weeks...

First thing was to get rid of the yellow angel eyes and have them replaced with white LED angels.

First came the lowering kit.I wanted to go with something that was motorplan approved and decided on the AC Schnitzer kit.I thought about the BMW Performance kit, but I believe this to be a lower and more aggressive setup vs the Performance kit.

Next up came the new wheels I ordered from the US.
I went with a 19" VMR V710 finished in a custom colour called Gloss Anthracite.

Im not such a big fan of black wheels and thought a gunmetal color would look good.Bonus about the Gloss Anthracite is the shiny finish, which I love:inlove:

You will notice that I have replaced the wheelcaps with a black n white set...still have the bonnet and boot emblems yet to do.
I prefer this above the VMR wheelcaps as it gives the wheels a more authentic BMW OEM-look.

For anyone that wants the info:

Wheels are Front 19x8.5J offset et45
and Rear 19x9.5J offset et50

Tires are Front 225x35x19
and Rear 255x30x19

There was some tire/fender rubbing on the rear tires but a wheel alignment sorted most of that out...
