135 Full Exhaust

Hi

Im looking to do a full system on my 135.I have down pipes at the moment ,need info on a full system .63mm dual or 76mm.1 box or 2 box?
Does anyone on the forum have a full system ,and what price should a pay?

Avi are you doing the exhaust more for power or for the sound or a bit of both?
If you drive a auto just beware of the drone caused by exhausts.

Big waste of money if u ask me, its realy not worth the motorplan hassles and the gain are minimum, 5whp or so!
There are beter ways to spend your money and actualy get decent gains!!!

Hi Avi phone Shaan at Xcede .Rishall bought my 135i.Exhaust was done by Brian @ Primaforce . Made fantastic power I know that car with Xcede software and brian's down pipe and exhaust made 315 kws on the wheel ( I think ) or fly .Good value for money .

More for power .I want to remove the cats from the back so full exhaust is one of my options,bolt off bolt on jobsand i woudnt mind it being louder

More boost? How much are you running?
If you increase your boost from 1 bar to 1.05 you have already covered the gains the exhaust is going to give.

With the meth on you car run up to a peak of 1.2 bar. If you run race fuel and meth you can go up to 1.3 momentarily but that would be pushing the boundaries of your turbos. It will surely reduce the lifespan of your turbos. On the higher boost levels you might need to do a dual cone system as a minimum.

1.1 or slightly less should be ok. If you keep it at 1.1 it will adjust timing by itself to allow for fuel octane etc.
