wish bmw would make these yes the market would be small but the PR would be great for them look at what the R8 has done for audi... BMW has the parts and know how they just need to put the right parts together

They won't, because then it would make the M3/4/5/6 etc look stupid. Sort of like the Z3 M Coupé which had to be slightly "hindered" by the gear ratios so as to not outshine the E46 M3. But yes, small market, I reckon it would be awesome if they were brave enough to risk their larger ///M cars.

easy solution would be the make it VERY expensive with the best parts available and a limited production run

you dont see c63 sales being dented by the Black series
