I was at JSN Motors in Bryanston around lunch time and saw a 125i M-Sportline and it looks  :inlove:

Have you guys seen it anywhere else? This is second time I see it.. first time was on William Nicol near Fourways and I thought I was dreaming..thinking it's not avaiable yet! :fencelook: :tease:

After seeing it today, all I can is WOW! :inlove:

Don't ask me why I didn't take pics! :fencelook: :flyfun:

Why is the front of that car so fugly.
BMW pays designers fortunes and this is what they come up with hideous looking cars. :thumbdo:

Google has About 996,000 results (0.21 seconds) for bmw f 20 ugly

for the E36 which has been around for 20 years, About 369,000 results (0.26 seconds)

E46 About 410,000 results

E90 About 959,000 results

1M About 192,000 results

At chavoos...the front styling of the new One is unusual but i would not describe it as ugly.

The previous model One series (e87) is/was the best selling car in Spain and elsewhere in europe. No matter what we think about the looks of a car the SA market is small compared to the rest of the world where practicality, performance and size is everything

It really does look good with the sport pack , not the sport line , sport line still gives it the ugly appearance whereas the sport pack M is something else

The lights are too big, makes the car bug-eyed.
I'm too lazy (and I don't know how) to post a pic of rear side by side with the new polo but they look VERY similar. I hope they improve on the coupe...

What I don't understand is that when the designers went to the directors/design board/CEO how they said "Yes we like this look you may proceed with the development". They must be blind or just plain crazy. The problem with the looks of the 1series is not that I don't like the looks and 50% or more of the public don't like the looks, but that i`m sure when they approved the design, they new that it was going to be a love it or hate it look. I believe a car design should only be approved if a poll of say designers, directors and other stakeholders agree with a 85% YES that they should go forward with the project. I mean it is not so difficult to change a design on paper. For instance look at the front end of this design I got of the web.

I am sure that 85% of the people here will agree that this car is hot.
Its the same with the front end of the X1 it is not a 85% good looker.

Huge huge BMW fan but please BMW do something about the designs!!!

Will be driving this car tomorrow, will let you know how it goes.
From what I've heard its a G6 Gti and Subaru killer among other little hot hatches!
IMO the M/Sport changes the look of the car completely and I now think it is really really HOT! I quite like it
