Servicing E46 330i

Hi Guys

Motorplan is finished :bawling:, I need some assistance in finding out the cost of doing a service on my car. The service includes;

Mileage is 132000km

- Plugs (which plugs are best)
- Oil (Which oil)
- Oil filter
- Air Filter

Do i need to get all these things at the agents for my car? Any help appreciated.

Get the plugs, and filters from the dealers. (not too expensive)

For oil either get shell or castrol 5W40 or 5W30 (fully synthetic) oil from midas or autozone. (You'll need 6.5l of oil)

Then DIY, its easy enough

Air Filter, Oil Filter & plugs get from BMW

Oil get from Midas. I would say shell helix

I almost forgot, to change the oil you will also need a size 36 socket to remove the oil filter.

and +1 for getting a service manual.

Thanks a mill guys.. Will definitely get it going..Will stamp the book myself..lol..

I also got a 2004 330i sportspack individual. However the Tik people here broke back light for a bulb and stole my badge.

Damn that really sucks man, and to add to that the clear tail lights are so hard to find.
