F25 X3 I drive automatically changed language to Deutsch, cant change back to English

Hi Guys, my X3 F25 2.0d i drive seems to be corrupt. Language changed automatically to Deutsch and now i cant change back to English. In the Language menu only comes up with Deutsch and Polish.

Has anyone else experienced this same issue or know how to flash the idrive back to default settings.

Unfortunately it means you have to emigrate to a country with those languages now...😅

On a serious note Google resetting the unit and if that fails try a battery reset by disconnecting for a few hours or overnight.
