Shudder Slipping on acceleration

Hi all

2014, F30 328 sport auto

Picking up an issue when driving, as I moderately accelerate the car seems to be jerking or slipping of some sort and then catches onto movement.
However, if I engage the gearbox in manual and use pedal or gear lever to change, then this doesn't happen.




Any ideas?

Hi

Not sure where you live, but ZF transmissions are your guys. They will do a full check on your gearbox and advise if they can service or overhaul the box.

I recently experienced hard shifting between gear changes, took my car to ZF in Bellville and they serviced the gearbox. All my problems are resolved and the box is shifting like new again. My mileage was at 161 000km.
